Honsberger Estate is home to two seasonal restaurants:
The Oven runs May to October, depending on weather, and is based outdoors. Best known for our outdoor pizza oven, we specialize in thin wood-fired crust. The pizzas and other items on our menu change frequently because we depend on what is in season and available in Jordan. All preparation is outdoors and cooked in the wood oven. Since all of our food is homegrown and handmade, The Oven is able to offer multiple options for dietary needs, allergies or personal lifestyle choices. Our menus contain nutritional information and our servers can also answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Though we started with Wood Fired Pizza’s, that is not all we have to offer on the Patio. We have a seasonal rotating menu offering the staple “Hons-Burger” and our pasta’s have become quite the fan favourite!
When joining us for a birthday or celebration, we allow guests to bring in outside deserts but do charge a $3.00 per person Desert Service fee.
The Small Barn (and large barn with over 3,500 square feet of social distancing space)runs October to April indoors. A throwback to simpler times, the barn is filled with candle-light and antique furniture with a modern edge. A great place for farmhouse style eats and unique cocktails alongside an extended local wine and craft beer list.
Due to high wait times and limited seating, it is recommended that groups book through Touch Bistro under the reservations tab. If possible, we will try to accommodate dietary or allergy needs, but viewing the menu is the best way to know if we have an item best suited for each guest. Please see the newest Menu on Instagram under the highlight “Current Menu”. We are open and serving on the patio outdoors as long as guests are comfortable in the colder weather. Please note our Side Patio wine and gelato bar is now CLOSED for the season.
Dogs are allowed on the patio on a leash. Barking and poorly behaved dogs will be asked to leave.
