2022 Rosé

This year our Rosé is made from Riesling, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay. Each of these varietals were pressed on their individual pick dates and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. We sat down in January as a team to make our final blend and bottled the spring following harvest.

The 2022 Rosé has its hallmark notes of strawberry and cherry. The palate is medium bodied with notes of cherry and red fruits with a refreshing acidity – it finishes crisp and clean.
