2022 Riesling
Our Riesling is picked early October. It is pressed immediately, and wild fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Post primary fermentation, the Riesling ages in stainless steel. We bottle late in the spring following harvest. The 2022 has a nose of key lime and crushed stones and a mid-palate that is tight with lemon, lime and yellow apple. The refreshing finish is an excellent balance between sweet and tart.
